Glad 2011 is finished! A new year and a new start! This last year has been a bit up and down over the months… I feel like Ive had a huge mountain to climb.. but at last the top is so near and I know how to get there. So 2012 will be a great year!
I dont want to start on an unhappy note, but I want to write this and not feel ashamed! After a recent diagnosis of AvPD and panic attacks, I want to spread the word of the work done by the charity MIND. They have been an amazing support whilst I dealt with my diagnosis. Mental health affects 1 in every 4 people! Most will not admit it though and struggle on with their lifes (much like I was trying to do). If I can do any thing to help drop the stigma attached to mental health then I will, I feel a million times better just admitting it finally.
On a happy note… 2011 I gave birth to my baby boy! Dominik William Croft! After a very speedy, pain free birth he came into the world weighing 7lb 7
2011 was also our first wedding anniversary! and a first of many! I have still yet to sort out my wedding photographs, maybe a job for 2012? I want to get some printed and put on the wall.
We…. well more like me! Built a 12ft run and provided a home to our 5 gorgeous hens… Mrs Cluckington, Noodles, Daisy, Star & Cinderella! I will never buy an egg from the shop now because between them, they should provide us with about 1500 eggs over the next 12 months 
2011 was a year for very random weather…. The first week of October we took the kids away to Devon for a long weekend to go walking, and get some fresh air for Alanas birthday. But we didnt expect to be on a packed busy beach at Westward Ho! sunbathing and swimming in the sea!!
So finishing on a positive note… Happy New Year! Love, Health and Happiness! I have planned a good 2012, a growing business, nice holiday, a new car, a new slimmer me.
